Dear [redacted] , This email is in response to complaint id#on [redacted] She and her husband did originally sign for the new Sorento on that day and their deal took longer than expected to receive our best counter-offer from a lender unfortunately We had them come in and resign a superceding contract and that is the reason for the delay on the trade payoff but I’m happy to report that their loan has been completely finalized and funded and the trapayoff has been sent I am very sorry about the inconvenience but we also never asked them for any payments while they were driving the new Sorento and then executed a new contract with more days until their first payment on the new Kia as well! I am rejecting this response because: My issue is still not resolvedThey have not been trying to help meThey still have me the run around since last Tuesday when I went in there officeThey told me that my loan was funded and that there was nothing that they could doThen when I called KiA Motors Finance they said that I was not yet funded and that if I wanted to cancel this deal that I needed to speak to the dealership and I told them I was there speaking to them and that’s when orrin from KiA came out and stopped my call and told me that They would assist me and trying to figure this outSo All week from last Tuesday they have been saying they have to contact the banks and they still have not yet contacted meI have been calling everyday since last Tuesday and they said that they have not heard from the bankI have emailed the owner, I have left him voicemails and still nothingThey have mishandled me and gave me the run around so that this car loan can be funded and that they will try to say it is up to the bank

DEAR ***, I’M SORRY BUT WE DID TRY TO SEE IF THE LENDER WOULD ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO UPGRADE TO THE MORE EXPENSIVE OPTIMA EX MODEL(SHE FELT MORE COMFORTABLE IN THE SEATS) BUT DUE TO CREDIT AND INCOME CONSTRAINTS,WE COULD NOT SECURE AN APPROVAL UNLESS THE CUSTOMER PAID THE PRICE DIFFERENCE OUT OF POCKET AND WE WERE ONLY GOING TO CHARGE HER THE EXACT INVOICE OR COST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MODELS…I KNOW SHE FEELS LIKE WE HAVE NOT TRIED TO TAKE CARE OF HER BUT WE ALL TRULY FEEL LIKE WE HAVE BUT SOME OF IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS DUE TO THE BANK CONDITIONS…SHE ALSO DID TEST DRIVE THE CAR THAT SHE BOUGHT ORIGIN*** AND SIGNED AND EXECUTED ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING THE SALES CONTRACT *** *** President/GM Allstar Kia

As of today November 29, 2016 . There has been no payoff on the trade in . Yes the new vehicle loan was approved and the 1st payment is due on November 30, 2016, but the finance company for the trade in wants their money or the car. The dealership has yet to contract them.

Dear [redacted],   This is in response to your letter dated 11/18/2016 regarding complaint id# [redacted] on [redacted].  I actually spoke to her shortly after her purchase as she filed her complaint with me regarding her concerns with Finance and her overall deal.  I did review the...

deal and she did agree to 6.9% at 75 mos and was offered a much better rate of 2.99% at 84 mos by one of my Finance Managers,Kyle Issa, and after reviewing the deal file,I see that he fully disclosed everything that was purchased by her in Finance and had all the necessary forms and documents signed and initialed by [redacted].  I did offer to her to have her come in and sit down with myself,the Sales Manager she dealt with,Jeff Burgess and Kyle and she never followed up or took me up on that offer.  She does work at a competing Nissan dealer down the street and I am certain that they are putting all these negative notions in her mind since they are upset that she chose to buy a Kia over a Nissan!  By the way,I never received an email of this complaint and it is always easier if we receive it via email…thank you for your time and consideration!       [redacted] President/GM Allstar Kia

BOTH MYSELF AND MY SALES MANAGER,ORRIN KIEFER,HAVE SPOKEN TO THE CUSTOMER NUMEROUS TIMES(ME VIA EMAIL AND ORRIN VIA PHONE) AND APPARENTLY SHE IS NOT HAPPY WITH HOW SHE FITS IN THE CAR AND SEATING CONFIGURATION...ORRIN IS CURRENTLY WORKING TO SEE IF THERE IS A WAY TO UPGRADE HER TO AN OPTIMA EX WHICH...

SHE HAS LOOKED AT AND SAT IN THE SEATS AND LIKES IT MUCH BETTER...WE HOPE TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK!
