Review: Purchase house from this person in Jan.2012.House has new kitchen and new windows.Well when they remodel the kitchen they close off an area that and air conditioner once were and didn't seal the area, so when it rain the rain has come thru and has damage the wall in the house .Also the window was not capped properly so that is also damage because that was not properly put in.At one time there was a garage that was close off the whole length of the back of garage needs to be sealed and pointing done. At first a tried calling the roofing company he gave me with a 10year warranty .Couldn' t get in contact they fake.So had called 2 other company.Called my mortgage co.and insurance co.This guy did nothing he was suppose to do.My mortgage company not responsible so they told me to call insurance co.who can fix the inside but not the outside .So they told me to sue [redacted]. I'm retired and don't have money for a lawyer.Desired Settlement: [redacted] would pay to have this work done , because he used non certify workers and he knew he didn't seal the area he was suppose to .Because he said to me my next door neighbor told him he didn't seal the house properly.And he also lied about a stainless steel appliances. I realize I overpaid for this house.
