Terry Rolfes, owner of All Star Roofing is a fraud! This Fall of 2014 Terry Rolfes gave my husband and I a bid on our roof and he merely deposited the check and never did any work on our roof! After calling him non-stop for months and he refused to answer or hung up the phone on us, we now are taking him to court. This man and this business is a fraud! He will take your money and you will never hear from him again!!!
