Review: I have a swimming pool and I contracted with allstar to do the opening closing and weekly maintenance.the total bill for everyything for the whole summer was 1900. they could not keep the pool clean it was green for over three weeks we could not swim in it. every time we called we got a run around. they said the guys didn't know what they were doing they had to fire them.this came from Debbie theo ffice manager. en they said we needed a new filter for like 2000 dollars.the boss never picked up the phone or returned messages. we were told he was to busy with his contracting business. we have pictures of the pool on many different dates all green. we had given them 800.00 up till this time. in august when no one from there company did anything with about 20 messages we went to a different company that cleared up pool in 2 days!!!. so now after three weeks of not hearing from them they call for the balance. when I refused to pay them they threatened to put a lien on my house. they are the worst pool co. I have ever dealt with and I have had a pool for 27 yrs.Desired Settlement: that they are put out of business. I am 85 yrs. old and this has caused me considerable stress

Review: I have a contract with this pool company that says they will service my pool. In the contract it said I had to pay a payment of $800 and then later on a payment of $1600. I paid them the $800 and its been 2 weeks since they serviced my pool and because of that my pool is now green. The deal was that they would come once a week to service my pool (vacuum, add chemicals, make sure the equipment is running properly, etc.) The payment of $800 included the pool opening and the weekly maintenance for a certain amount of time and then I would have to make another payment of $1600 for the rest of the summer. The next payment isn't due for about a month. My pool never became swimmable. I have been trying to contact them but they just ignore me and never respond. I called the office and they told me to call [redacted] who is the owner about 2 weeks ago and to this day he still ignores me. They also told me there is a problem with my filter but when they came they dropped the water about 9 inches below the skimmer and the filter was left on while the water was under the filter return. I believe their actions caused the problem with my filter.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me a partial refund of $300 for the service they haven't performed that I paid them for.
