We had bath Fitter into a sick relatives home our home to install a new tub and shower complete with handicapped hardware. Joanne Yoeman came out to do the initial inspection and Byron completed the installation. Both of these people are a credit to their profession and to their company. Joanne was professional, down to earth and very informative. Byron was at the house at the appointed time and did a fantastic job. Two weeks and still no refund
We had bathfitters come in and measure for replacing the walls around two tubs We signed a contract and gave them a deposit of $ Another rep came in at a later date and said it could not be done because of the misshape of our tub They suggested we take out one tub and put in a shower On May 2nd, I said no Please refund the $ I have since contacted Doug, the rep who took our money, several times but still have not received the refund The last contact was on the 12th and he said he would take care of it but no credit It has been two weeks Totally unacceptable to receive a refund

The bathroom renovation that happened at my place on Friday the 13th of July was fantastic and looked fabulousDanny the installer did a very professional looking job on my washroomHe was very pleasant and easy going to deal with and was very knowledgeable about the whole processI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bath Fitter or the installer Danny for a job well doneI'm very happy with the experience

My wife and I decided to get Bath fitter to come install their product in our bathroom in near the end of JanuaryAn appointment for someone to come out to our home and look at our bathroom and give us a quote was set for the end of JanuaryThe rep cancelled and after two weeks of us calling him, he finally rescheduled for February 9, The rep arrived and looked at our bathroom and told us that we had the most common tub in Edmonton, and that "76% of the tubs we do are this tub."
