but any order can be upgraded by selecting a different method from the drop down shipping menu. We shipped a replacement package to the customers new address as a courtesy. We are not sure why customer filed this complaint even after we handled the matter with him directly. Hopefully he will choose to withdraw the complaint.
We already refunded this customer for the item so we can't give her a replacement too.

Prices on this site are usually far below the competition. Products I have ordered have always been well sealed and NOT expired. Shipping cost is pretty standard and the shipping speed is average.
All in all this is a great place to shop, based on multiple past orders I have made. The only Revdex.com complaints listed are from customers who themselves messed up so don't let them discourage you from using this site.
Review: On 9/15/15 I placed an order. I neglected to update my address after having moved, so the order was shipped to my old address. On 9/22/15 the tracking info said "THE POST OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE AND RETURNED IT TO THE SENDER". I have contacted AllStarHealth several times since trying to get them to resend my order, but they refuse to do so "until the tracking shows the package actively in transit back to us". What part of "THE POST OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE AND RETURNED IT TO THE SENDER" fails to satisfy this criteria? Now it is 10/5/05 and nothing has been done by them despite numerous emails. They are just giving me the run-around and failing to provide decent customer service.Desired Settlement: Immediate shipment or refund.

Review: I have stated that this involves a health issue as the purchase is for a Glucosamine combination to help with my problem of chronic pinched nerve pain.
I made an order for a combination of Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM on the 21 June, 2014. The cost including delivery was £43.18. This order was paid for and went through on the 23 June, 2014.
AllStarHealth use DHL Global Mail for delivery of products, and it was stated that delivery would take 1 to 4 weeks. The product has not arrived after 6 weeks and I am still awaiting delivery.
I have contacted AllStarHealth regarding this issue. They simply say that they will do nothing about the matter, as the terms and conditions state that basically they are not liable if the product does not reach me.
I did not receive a notification from them that the order had been shipped, and I am of the opinion that it never was.
Please note that the purchase price was £43.18, but I am not aware of the equivalent in £$. Have answered by guesswork over in this respect.Desired Settlement: The delivery of the product ordered.

method called DHL Global Mail. I have recreated his cart so you can see the shipping selections & disclaimer on
our site. When choosing this shipping method, customer accepts disclaimer below. Though we have never had a
package lost by this shipping company to date. We have emailed the customer to confirm if he has received his
package now. We believe that it has likely been delivered to customer by now.

I have not received the order as I have advised them. Please see the email just forwarded to you which explains the position.
The company set an unfair pre-condition for the purchase of the product. This was that the "disclaimer" be agreed with for the product to be purchased. This is unfair as the company entered into a contract to supply the goods purchased. This "disclaimer" effectively makes the contract they made null and void. They would not have to supply the goods at all and just refer to the "disclaimer" as a get out.

I called your 1800 number on 9-22-14 after waiting 15 minutes on hold your customer service rep was very rude, told me he had another call transfered me to some voicemail, I called back a girl transferred to another who said I could print an return label at my computer
& get a box & take to ups. So all of that inconveniences me & cost me money, I'd have to borrow a computer & printer, buy a box, find a ups store. I asked could send the new product with the return shipping label for the bad product they sent & they wouldn't, they said I have to return the bad product at my cost . This is the first time that I purchased from allstarhealth.com and I am extremely impressed. I read the reviews here and elsewhere first and I agree with another reviewer that some problems were not the fault of allstarhealth. So I decided to try them out for myself and I have to say that the company is outstanding. The product that I purchased was $25-$50 less than other reputable companies and the product I received was exactly as described and depicted - the very same genuine product that sells elsewhere for so much more. I received notification not only of the order received, but also when it shipped and the tracking information. The order was shipped quickly in my opinion compared to other businesses and was packaged well. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants to get quality products for a great price. To me AllStarHealth deserves an A+ rating.
Review: On 07/22/2014, I purchased vitamins from this company that were advertised at $39.99 for a twin pack of 240 capsules; in other words, I was supposed to receive 2 bottles or a total of 480 vitamins. I have screen prints of the advertisement through Google, and I followed the links in order to purchase the items.
On 07/30/2014, I received vitamins in the mail. But the company only sent one bottle or 240 capsules. Therefore, I contacted the company through e-mail to let them know that part of the order was not received. .
I received an e-mail back from [redacted], and she stated that Google made a mistake when advertising the item. She stated she would get back with me within 24 hours about a resolution. When she did not get back with me, I sent another e-mail inquiring about the status of my order.
On 08/01/2014, I received an e-mail from a person named [redacted]. They refused to honor the advertised price, although they stated they would sell me a second bottle at 50% off. This is clearly deceptive advertising, and it is most likely bait and switch. For example, if a company advertised on TV that pricing was x amount on x item, they would, by law, be required to honor that price. If not, the company could be fined for bait and switch advertising. It is no different when a company advertises online. If more than one links clearly states a product is x dollars for x amount of merchandise, the company is required to honor the advertisement and pricing. Moreover, the company is responsible for making sure the advertisements are correct. Considering I notified the company on 07/30/2014 about the problem, as of 08/01/2014, the ad has not been corrected on Google. Therefore, they are continuing to deceive customers through false advertising. I have screen prints of all the advertisements if your office needs them for your records.Desired Settlement: I am requiring that this company send the other bottle of vitamins as advertised.

Allstarhealth.com didn't advertise a twin-pack. We sent our feed to google, and they list our products for sale on google
shopping. They Incorrectly merged our listing with another seller's listing which was a buy 1 get 1 free promotion. There
is no such mention of this offer on our site, because we aren't offering a twinpack for the price of 1. The customer's cart
listed only 1 of these Items for the price quoted on the website.
Either way, we refunded the customer 50% off the 1 bottle she received since she was expecting 2 for the price of 1. We
did this as a courtesy, even though this listing error was on Google not Allstarhealth.com.
I don't believe that we can make all of the customer's happy all of the time, but we generally have a very good customer
service center and strive to take care of our customers. We truly thought 50% off 1 bottle was a very fair solution since
she expected 2 ror the price or 1.

I do not accept this business's response for the following reason: they are responsible for making sure that Google advertises their product correctly. Moreover, saying that it lists only one item on their website provides me no clarity whatsoever. If it was a twin pack, it still could have been advertised as one item. Finally, even after I notified them of the problem, the misleading adds were still on Google days later.
If the Revdex.com cannot clear up this problem, that is fine. I have already filed additional complaints with the Attorney General of California and the FTC for misleading advertising.
Two comments on this situation. 1) I work in online advertising, specifically using Google, and I've spent millions in total advertising on Google. The customer's statements are incorrect here. It is not the responsibility of AllStarHealth to ensure Google is correct. Rather, it is Google's fault. I believe that AllStarHealth did the right thing, even when they were not obligated to. 2) I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 10 years. My experience has been almost perfect. In 10 years, only one single order took longer than 2 days to arrive at my house, and that is because a product needed to be shipped from across the country. They have been awesome for me. (No, I don't work there.)
I have always gotten my order in a few days of ordering online when I lived on the east coast.Prices are far below brick and mortar stores.
