I am rejecting this response because:1. the lessons wasn't free and my cousin paid for it.2. The business owner  stated that the her instructor told her that "they were coming to the light and the student slowed to the limit line and was braking to a stop when she decided to move her foot to the gas and accelerate into the intersection at which time the instructor had to make a split second decision whether to hit the brake while already in the intersection or to let her continue thru because it was safe to do so." That's not true he wasn't paying attention at all,  if he was paying attention he should pushed the breaks from his side and stopped the car. I thought the driving instructor would have made sure that the red light violation didn't happen as that's what they are there for.3. The business owner  stated "the instructor had to make a split second decision whether to hit the brake while already in the intersection or to let her continue thru because it was safe to do so" That's not true, I can see from the red light ticket pictures (Attached) that there was no car behind them why the instructor didn't stop the car as he has the ability to stop the car. Not only that he should pushed the breaks from his side and stopped the car when its yellow why he waited  all this time? The road rules state that when you approach a yellow light you must stop if you are safely able to do so before reaching the stop line.  If not before the stop line, then before entering the intersection.

I am rejecting this response because:In response: 1.You’re absolutely wrong she paid $100 to the Church and I’m not sure if the Church has paid you as well but I’m going to double check that. Not only that she got a ticket with $480 and she still needs to pay for the online Scholl just because your instructor was paying attention and didn’t provide her with the right instructions.2.I know I was not there and neither you but I can see form the picture that there was no car behind them and AGAIN, he should stopped the car when it was yellow, why he waited all this time? The road rules state that when you approach a yellow light you must STOP3.Absolutely my point your instructor DID NOT take the right action and endangered the life of my cousin and compromised the safety of other vehicle operators and pedestrians, Ideally driving instructor would have made sure that didn't happen as that's what they are there for.

Review: I called to make an appointment, and was told that the soonest they had was one three weeks from the day I called. I told them that my daughter was going to be unavailable in three weeks due to her going out of town. I was never given a date or time, I also didn't give them one. The day my daughter went out of town, the worker from allstars showed up at my house. I informed him of the situation and told him that I didn't schedule the appointment for that day. I called allstars back to ask why they sent their worker and they told me that I had scheduled the appointment for that day. I tried to explain that I hadn't. She then said it was my mistake and that I was going to have to pay 60 more dollars for my daughters last appointment. I tried to reason with the worker but after shortly getting nowhere I asked to speak with the owner. The worker gave me attitude. Getting angry, I asked to speak with her manager. She said she was the manager and hung up.

Product_Or_Service: Drivers training for my daughter

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

All I would like is for them to honor our agreement and give my daughter her last day of behind the wheel drivers training for the original price of 260. There shouldn't be any need for an additional 60 dollars. I shouldn't have to pay them extra to receive what I already should have.

Business' Initial Response

Mr [redacted] called our office to schedule his daughters 3rd lesson. We informed him at that time that we like for the student to have already have scheduled their driving test at the DMV before we set up the third lesson. Mr [redacted] was very rude and made it VERY clear that he was not going to do that, so we obliged and went ahead and scheduled his daughters lesson.(we also VERY CLEARLY marked the file with notes about this conversation because of how rude Mr [redacted] was, and how we had advised him not to schedule yet) On the date of the lesson our instructor showed up at their house and Mr. [redacted] notified us that his daughter was out of town and said he never made that appointment...the same appointment we scheduled with details. Once Mr. [redacted] found out that there was a $60.00 cancellation fee that would need to be paid he was beyond rude to my staff, he called more than once and each time was cursing at them and saying the F word and B word. Eventually his ex-wife called the office and apologized for his behavior and rescheduled her daughter without incident. While we apologize for Mr. [redacted] being upset, his behavior was and is unacceptable and disrespectful. This complaint is simply the result of Mr. [redacted] not getting his way. Thank you for your time.

Review: I paid this company, in advance, to provide 6 hours of drivers training to my daughter to prepare her for taking the drivers test and getting her license. My plan was to pay a professional for formal training then continue her training informally prior to taking the test. Her driving permit expires Jul 24. When I contacted this company to inquire about using their services, I provided them with all the information they required. They asked for her permit number and expiration date. I gave them that information.I called them around Jun 24. They scheduled her first session Jul 11th. The sessions are 2 hrs each. You must pay in full in advance. I did. I then asked if they could complete all lessons before the permit expires. They said yes". The clerk told me once training started she would ensure her remaining lessons occurred before the permit expired. I paid the required fee. After her Jul 11, I asked her the date of her next session? She said she didn't know, the trainer never mentioned it. She called the school to ask for the next date. The clerk then informed her she needed to renew her permit and drive another 25 hours before they would continue her sessions.I then contacted the clerk, who claimed she was company executive, and I asked her where did this new requirement come from. The clerk insisted on telling me no one from her company would have promised me she would complete all her lessons before her permit expired and she refused to accept the fact that I had been misinformed. I then told her I was misinformed asked for a refund on the cost of the remaining 4 hours. She informed me they have a no refund policy, and I have no choice but to get her a new permit, have her drive at least 25 hours, and contact them thereafter.I believe I was intentionally misled to secure the sale. I was insulted over the managers insistence that I was informed of the requirement to renew the permit. I want my money returned and I refuse to deal with these unprofessional liars any further.Desired Settlement: The dollar value of the remaining four hours to included taxes. I also want a formal apology from the manager who insisted I knew of the permit renewal requirement when, in fact, I was told they would complete the lessons before it expired. Why would I even discuss the topic if I was aware of the requirement and decided to pay for the lessons anyway. Why would I argue about that. She also lectured me on the length of time my daughter had her permit, which is none of her business.

Response:

Mr [redacted] came into the Allstars Office at 457pm on Friday July 11th and spoke with me directly regarding scheduling his daughter before her permit expires. I was able to find two appointments in the Elverta area for which he agreed to meet so that the lessons could be completed before the permit expires. Mr [redacted] was satisfied with the option of meeting us in Elverta and the outcome was a win-win for both parties.
