Very honest business. They answered the phone right away on a HOT (109) Sunday afternoon and the technician (owner) arrived at my house within 15 minutes (we lived close to him). He diagnosed the issue immediately and replaced out the parts all while explaining everything he was doing and what the cost would be. It was an extra $30 or so to get him to come out for emergency visit versus their standard time, but their prices on everything else were lower that it was all a wash in the end. He had our air running within 90 minutes of it going out. When I called around, Allstate Air was by FAR the cheapest on everything I could think of asking for a quote on (I didn't know what was wrong, so I asked for prices on everything...Freon, service charge, etc)
