I have had nothing but problems with this compay in honoring their warranty and service commitmentsIn all my years I’ve never received such abysmal service from a vendorI am a senior citizen and this business is going out of its way to make my day to day life as difficult as possibleI would not recommend this business to anyone

While it is true there have been past problems with the waterproofing system installed at the *** residence to say we have not been attentive to their concerns seems a bit unfairWe have visited their problem and made adjustments each timePart of the problem is on the outside an area not
contracted so they were told that to repair that area would cost $We received no response until your fine service contacted usWe look forward to contacting the folks today and scheduling a repair to the system and please rest assured the problem will be resolved ASAPAlso we will repair the outside as well at no chargeWe at Allstate American hold our customers in very high regard and will always stand behind our guarantee as we have for the past years

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, we are not the "***'s", we are the ***'s (specifically, *** and *** ***). Allstate Waterproofing has not been at all responsive to our complaints. They visited us only once since the initial waterproofing work was done. That was to install the plastic material around the perimeter of our basement, which does nothing to keep the water outwhich is what they PROMISED. We just don't see it dripping down the walls. We see it after it floods the basement floor. No one told us about an additional $to do any work outside of our home, so I have no idea what this is about. Clearly, the ***'s are other unsatisfied customers. When we scheduled to have this basement work done, the Allstate Rep., MrK*** inspected the outside of our home. He insisted that the work needed to be done on the inside, not the outside. Having the work done on the outside would solve all our water problems. Again, Allstate may have spoken with the ***'s about the work done in their home, but they have not spoken with Mror Mrs***. Why would we pay approximately $10,to have a dry basement, then have to pay an additional $to Allstate. This makes absolutely no sense at all.You can see based on all the phone calls made to Allstate, that they have not been responsive to us (the ***'s) at all. I've included pictures of the overflowing sump pump and the flooded basement just from this month. We can't get anyone to return our calls when they promise they will. When they have said they would send someone out, we take the day off, only for them not to show up. Then when we call again, we are met with resistance and told we will have to pay for them to come out. If Allstate American is so responsive to their clients, why have we not heard from you since we filed this complaint?????
Regards,
*** ***
