The ice maker was returned two weeks ago and that issue has been settled with the costumer melanie little and was left inside the garage as she had said
on march we talked to [redacted] and she was very understanding women we told her that the part was on order and that the part was on back order through the manufacture and that ill take at least days for the part to get here at our shop she was ok with that we really apologize for any misunderstanding or communication we will do everything on our side to fix the problem or if we have to replace the washer to keep the costumer happy

we are sorry for the inconvenience we where in a process of moving at that time and misplaced invoices but we are more than happy to give an invoice .we We already contacted the costumer to let him know that he will get a written invoice on what he paid and warranty

*** *** I did receive my ice maker after having my lawyer speak to him I'm having two appliances repaired over again that were incorrectly repaired I did pay to have ice Maker repaired by this co and all I got was it being in his possession for six months
The issue has been completed on 12-5-and you are more than welcome to contact the customerIt turned out to be a detective part after replacing the new part again fridge is back to normalThank you very much and we are doing our best to keep customers happy
