Customer contacted our agency regarding an auto policy that had been terminated for non-payment of premium since 2/16/We immediately escalated the request to our underwriting department for reinstatement considerationUnfortunately, due to the length of the lapse (almost months), Allstate
underwriting declined the request for reinstatement

In response to your further inquiry, Allstate mailed 4 separate notices regarding your payment. A regular bill was mailed to you on 12/21/14, a cancellation notice for non-payment of premium was mailed to you on 1/22/15, a termination notice & bill for earned premium was mailed to you on 3/23/15, and a collection notice & bill for earned premium was mailed to you on 4/7/15. As such, Allstate has more than fulfilled its obligation of notifying you in writing of your due payment and failure to make the required payment.

I am rejecting this response because Allstate failed to alert me by email, phone, letter stating it was terminated 8 months ago. I was driving without car insurance all this time due to their failure to advise me and putting me and family at risk. I want my policy reinstated since I worked so hard to get it for 12years plus.
