I wanted to place an order for delivery from *** *** ** *** *** After entering the required information, including my credit card information, I clicked on the button to submit the orderFor some reason, I received an error screen stating, "Server Error in '/' Application." I called the pizzeria to ask about the status of the order, but was told that they had no record of the online orderI then checked my credit card account, which showed a charge of $from POS DEBIT RESTAURANT WAVE - E-COM *** **I called the number listed and, after waiting some time, was told that I would have to wait 2-business days for the funds to be returned to my accountI feel that this company acted fraudulently: I was charged for goods and services that the vendor was never made aware of and, therefore, I obviously could not receiveThis is not the first time that I have had this issue with Vrindi Food OrderingThis is a terrible business practice
