Was forced to pay $857!for two visits from technition when I attempted to reach a fair resolution the office manger was never available and would not return my calls
December of we contacted Interstate pest management to come inspect a bed program we discovered and already knew we hadThe purpose of contacting Interstate was to determine the extent of our pest issueInterstate sent out an technician who came and spent less than minutes barely looking to determine the extent of the issue (we wondered if it was because of our ethnic background)After the visitation, we were billed an "inspection fee" and received in incomplete sheet of paper which Interstate insists was their reportI asked on multiple occasions to receive an actual report that documented the extent of the problem (such that we knew what remedy actions needed to be taken)Interstate refused to send me anything beyond a one page paper that is far from a report, lacks specific detail, and gives nothing more than tell me what I already knew--that I has bed bugs
Charging customers for an inspection that leads to no report is a scam and is likely in violation of industry'

These peole do a geat job We have used their service for 15+ yrs and ther service people are always clean add courteous and they do a GREAT job for us Our house has bee pest free and we have never had an issue with them
