Allstate Hardwood Floors

Allstate Floors did a great job on our floors. We had a lot of staining on the wood from pervious owners and the Allstate team did a great job of refinishing, replacing, and creating a great new look for our home.
We did end up getting a scratch on the floor shortly after(hoping it's a fluke and not a to negative indicator about water-based poly) but Allstate sent their guys over and they fixed the spot free of charge. I really appreciated their work ethic and the final outcome is stunning.
It also should be noted that they are very good about getting back to you quickly. I called a lot of places trying to decide who to go with before I picked Allstate. Hardly anyone can return a phone call these days. I mean, if someone is trying to hire you one would assume you'd call within 3 days to at least touch base. Luckily I didn't have that problem with Allstate.
