I met with *** this morning we came to a agreement we are going to replace all the bad deck boards i.e.split cracked knots falling outAlso we are going straighten all the ends and install fabric under the walkway to keep weeds from growing
through *** is going to supply the fabricand instead of a window awning that would not work because the configuration of his windows we are going to install a door awning at no charge

I met with *** and will accept his response as long as the deck wood and walkway are replaced with a better quality wood so the same thing doesn't happen.All the top boards are bad with either too many bad knots or cracksI accept the smaller awning and the replacement of the shutter screws behind the deck rail posts.I will supply the weed fabric for under the walkway.Also as *** stated, the wood will be cut straight and should be sanded with the belt sander as he stated in our first contract

[redacted]original document attached. File # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern:  [redacted] contacted our company on March 14 2016 for an estimate because her skirting was buckled and her floors where uneven.  we found the home to be out of level. The skirting was pushed in 4”-5”...

along ½ of one side of her house about 45’. The skirting was damaged do to the hill /ground pushing in on the bottom of the skirting. She hired us to level her home. I stated that the level would not repair any of the damage already caused to her skirting. During the level process we removed 3-4 pieces of skirting to gain access under the home. We use digital water levels on the main frame. I then confirm the level with the inside floor. Upon removing the skirting we noted that the skirting braces where rotten needing replacement. The skirting was buried 6”-8” in the ground [redacted] was informed of this finding. We agreed to remove the skirting and replace the braces and re install the same skirting.   On 4-13 we removed the skirting. New braces where installed, we trimmed off the skirting that deteriorated from being buried.  We reattached the skirting. We talked about the space on skirting she had landscape rock around the home I suggested adding more rock. On April 18th I met with [redacted] she said she was not happy with the job. I explained that all we did was remove her skirting and replace the braces we did not install new skirting. I agreed to repair the siding where it was damaged.  I did contact Randy [redacted] at the Dept. Of Labor He said my license does allow me to level homes.
