received your product and immediately called in and wanted to reorder and in fact you ordered another $of sweatshirts and long sleeve t-shirts custom printed with your logoAnother one of our policies is not to produce another order until the first orders check clears the bank and because of this policy your only dealing with the A/R recovery service for one check and not possibly moreI'm attaching a copy of the check you wrote to us on a closed accountAs a small business working on tight margins we can't afford to loose money , so I ask that you re-look at the check you believed cleared your bank and make sure that its the one made out to us like the above image and maybe this is just a big misunderstanding on your part. I have reviewed this account with the customers daughter and we booth agree that the call could have been handled better but there was no malice on our partWe do value the business that have sent our way in the past and we will send additional caps to the customer at no charge .Thanks***

I'm sorry *** , but I just got off the phone with a real nice lady at Collins Community Bank there in Dubuque Address: *** *** *** *** ** *** , Not only is the account you wrote the check on to me CLOSED now it's been closed Please feel free to call your bank and request that they do a conference call with the three of us , the nice lady that works there said she would be happy to answer more questions if she had you on the with us and gave your authorizationI showed you a copy of the check written on the closed account Mr*** it's time to call your bank and the three of us get to the bottom of it ! *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof from my bank that the check was cleared, it also very argumentative saying that you know you did nothing wrong. 1 how does my bank have that check CLEARED and I have a letter stating it was attempted to go though again.
