Our agency does not operate the phone number (***) that supposedly called Mr***'s son on 5/26/We also do not make solicitation phone calls after 7pmLastly, our agency never placed even a single phone call to Mr*** or his son at the number listed
in the complaint which is confirmed by our telephone records and call log
Our agency does not give out any customer or prospect information unless requested by our clientsEvery Allstate agency is independently owned and therefore I can only speak to the processes in place for my agencyMy agency does purchase internet leads from Allstate approved vendors that obtain customer information via internet requests, homeowner data and other information that is public recordWe consistently audit our contact lists against the national Do Not Solicit list in compliance with Allstate's guidelinesAny customer that requests to be placed on the Do Not Solicit list is welcome to do so at any time and our agency would end communication with them at that time
On 5/27/Mr*** called our office requesting the phone number for the president of AllstateMy associate asked if she could help in any way and Mr*** refused to allow her to help and continued the conversation stating that Allstate employees were "corporate prostitutes" and that he had personally suffered a nervous breakdown while being an employee at Allstate several years priorAfter his inappropriate language, my associate said she needed to terminate the phone call and hung up the phoneMy associate did not use any type of obscene language with Mr*** during their conversation and remained polite despite his aggressive toneHe called the office again and left a voicemail where he used derogatory comments about the associates in our officeFinally, he spoke with an associate at Allstate's home office where he again was combative and made extremely hostile comments to the customer service representative assisting himDue to Mr***'s inappropriate and hostile comments, my associate called the Sheriff to inform him of this behaviorAfter speaking with the Sheriff, he mentioned that Mr*** had displayed this type of behavior at other local businesses in the past
We sincerely apologize that Mr*** had a poor experience from any communication with Allstate but our agency was not involved in the allegations of this complaint

This agency must be the biggest liars on the face of the earthThis agency hired the number above, a marketing organization, to not only solicited our mentally handicapped son at his number, but also us at BOTH of our numbersThey then lied about itTheir language was filthy and vile; maybe they are such reprobates they do not recognize sinful vile wordsI did not call them "prostitutes" but "Corporate Whores" a term used in a basic high school b business textbook defined as "a person who will say or do anything for the good of the company at the hurt of the customer"They are what they are and are too cocky to ad their errorsThey are liars and must desire to go to hell as the Bible says "Liars have their place in hell." Maybe the sooner the better for the sake of other victims like our familyI demand a written apology (not a lying coverup) for their gross deeds and languageI also demand an out-of-court financial settlement

Business called our officeAgain she categorically denied that her agency placed this callIt would have had to be made from another agency or by Allstate corporate officesShe apologized in her previous response for the consumer's poor experience with Allstate, and did so again on this callHowever, she was clear that her agency did not make the call
