Regarding this family stating that we did not contact them until a week and a half is not correct our office left a message on March 8th (they signed up on March 6th) Tutor Match was completed on March 13th (e-mail went out) first session was on March 14th all clients have my
personal contact number to reach me if no contact was made within hours of enrollment I however recieved no such call We have never used pressure tactics in our consultation process as it is our intention to serve the clients needs in a transparent manner Signed agreements are required in order to engage our professional services The student was not engaging with the tutor we supplied and was not completing the instructions given by the professional as a result student received another poor grade Tutor being late to sessions was not brought to my attention until the parents decided it didn't work as students grade didn't improve after the few days we had with her Very unfortunate Our clients see great results when given the opportunity to fulfill our agreement with all sessions along with parental support to get a student back on track I always assure parents we will replace a tutor if not connecting well with a student Tutor was very knowledgable regarding the subject required to assist in Our agreement states that all prepaid hours are non refundable however can be used for any subject or any student in the same home if needed When this family called myself I was in Texas at a family funeral and driving home that week They had our office contact number and e-mail yet for some reason decided not to use it. If Family desires we can do one of several solutions: a) credited (paid hours) can be used for same our different subject, b) can be transferred to a different studentc) can be used over the summer or in the new school year as needed I trust we can assist this student in a positive way and given the opportunity I am confident we can
