I am rejecting this response because:I did not threaten with a *** reviewI simply asked for a refund and was not given oneI then said that I would be posting a *** review, due to the bad customer service and unacceptable finger printing services that I was charged forDespite other customer's experience, my experience was not the sameMy fingerprints were not accepted by the *** *** ** *** and were "bad quality." I feel that I should not have to pay for "bad quality" prints regardless of the ridges on my fingers

I am rejecting this response because:If the performance/service is subpar the first time, I'm not sure how going back to get subpar service two times in a row would help the situation since there is no guarantee that my prints could be processedA guarantee usually means if the service is not up to standards then a refund is given and the service provided "Poor quality prints" according to the *** *** ** ***, nothing stating "inadequate ridges."If it was known that it would be likely that the board needed another copy due to my "bad ridges" then a second copy should have been made at that time in order to send two to the board for comparison rather than keeping that information from me and wasting valuable time for the board to reject the first print, reach out to tell me the situation, get them done again, mail them out and re process my application.Sincerely,

Performance Guarantee means:  When she received the letter from the Board of Nursing asking her to send another set of fingerprinting, I would have taken her prints again, free of charge. My fingerprints service are guarantee in that sense. From time to time, I have customers that do not have good ridges. They will call, make another appointment and send another set to the Board. The Board usually do this so they can compare the first set with the second set and make a decision that this is the way her fingerprints are (no ridges and can't scanned) then, they will go to the next step: background check (with name search, birthday, social security number, etc.). I did my best to get good prints from her and I cannot control that she does not have ridges.  If I had misspell her name or wrote down a wrong Social Security number or her index was placed incorrectly, then I would have given  her a full refund. I did my job correctly and should not  be penalized because she has bad ridges. And that she decided to go to get  her second prints in another place, instead of coming back here. This  place that she went was not honest. They should have told her to go back to the same place, so she won't  have to pay twice.  When a customer comes to me to get a second prints because her first prints was rejected by the Board from another vendor, I always send them back to that same vendor she so she won't have to pay twice. I always tried to be honest.
