Our payment procedure has been consistent since we purchased [redacted] in as well as our other two Companies for over yearsEach contractor or dealer is responsible for submitting a credit card or checking account information for payment(s)All information is kept on file in [redacted] and credit cards are run for paymentCustomers are aware of this procedure from the time of first purchase, this has been our policy since day one and our customers are all aware of our policies and proceduresMr [redacted] was aware of these terms as well, and has had no problem beforeWe have never been questioned or had a dispute from any of our customers over the past years and 1000's of transactions regarding this kind of issueThis is a policy we have always had and Mr [redacted] consistently paid by credit card, following these terms and conditionsHe still has a past due balanceWe ran a total of $1750, not $weeks apart from Friday, June 5thWe made several attempts to contact Mr [redacted] , to reiterate that he was aware of his overdue invoices from November and December Mr [redacted] has a balance that is owed on product he received installed and was paid for by homeowners that is he somehow believes now that he does not have to pay Thank You, [redacted] ***Account Manager

I am rejecting this response because: Those invoices are old, and you did not have permission to run my card I have plenty of customers myself who I wish I could What you did was illegally done, and as you and I both know you have no proof of my agreeance to these "standard practices" quote unqouteI want what you stole back, I want an apology or I'm filling debit card fraud and theft charges.I do agree I owe you, but you can't just steal it because someone didn't answer the phone I've received no invoices, email or mail or otherwise, I never signed that you could fraudently run my card without permission, I'll upload the charges from my bank, you upload the proof you need I agreed to your theft, and the Revdex.com can decide.

I am rejecting this response because:I'm not arguing that I don't owe you a balance, I'm arguing over your take without permission tactics, it's theft Submit in writing, proof I agreed to have you run my card whenever you feel like itIt's not standard practice, you ran a total of $deductions without my permission, owing your company money has no bearing on it, I assure you my banks fraud department has a whole different aspect on illegal collections, then you I want my money back, and then we can discuss a repayment, but stealing out of someone's account without consent in the United States is still a crimeYou have no proof I agreed to these debits, and your basis is I owe you money, well in this great country you can't just steal because you are owed something, it'll catch you jail time

Aslong as our company has been around each dealer or contractor has given us a credit card or checking account info to run their payment (s), which we keep on file, to run their card as we go or, after their net terms are upMr*** *** is aware of these terms and has had no problem before

All information is kept on file in [redacted] and credit cards are run for payment. Customers are aware of this procedure from the time of first purchase, this has been our policy since day one and our customers are all aware of our policies and procedures. Mr. [redacted] was aware of these terms as well, and has had no problem before. We have never been questioned or had a dispute from any of our customers over the past 10 years and 1000's of transactions regarding this kind of issue. This is a policy we have always had and Mr. [redacted] consistently paid by credit card, following these terms and conditions. He still has a past due balance. We ran a total of $1750, not $250 weeks apart from Friday, June 5th. We made several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted], to reiterate that he was aware of his overdue invoices from November and December 2014.
