All along [redacted] and [redacted] told me that there was no way to manually override the system and credit my account. They also told me that there was no one else that I could talk to. They were the ones who had to talk to the people who were making the corrections. After many calls to [redacted] I had had enough and I told him that if my account wasn't marked paid in full and if I didn't receive my refund I was taking him to small claims court. Within an hour there was magically an override on the system to pay the balance in full ... which was paid in full until [redacted] and [redacted] started making these "corrections" ... and a refund for $71.62. I believe that I am still due at least another $60. My December 20th bill shows that the Good Student Discount should have been $129.59 for 6 months and I am out the Good Student Discount From July 8th - January 31th ... 6 months and 23 days.
