had a substantial amount of repairs that were needed to be done in order to keep the vehicle safe for her son ***I fully understand her frustration in the situation that has happened as wellWhen *** *** and her son *** personally came and visited me on Saturday November **, to find out what the issue with the vehicle was we had only determined that it was an electrical issue and didnt have the proper solution to fix the carAlthough we didnt have the solution to the problem I had already personally assured her there would be no additional charge to her regardless of if the no start condition was caused by faulty repairs or a whole separate issue all togetherFinally after hiring several outs ide sources to work with our highly trained technicians, being a Nissan Technician and the other being a Electric Specialty Technician who specializes in these sort of situationsThe nissan technician was just as puzzled as we were in finding the solution to this no start conditionAfter several long days of working on this vehicle Chris of Omega Technologies was able to solve the no start conditionAfter Replacing the Engine Control Module, Body Control Module, Replacing all Ignition Coils with Original OEM nissan Coils, and Repairing some electrical wiring shorts with some computer reprogramming we were finally able to fix the car which now starts right up and drives perfectlyI have made several attempts to get in contact with *** ***, but her and her son have yet to return any phone calls and messages that were leftWe have been in daily contact with her brother Brian who is also a mechanic but unfortunately lives in CarolinaHe is aware the car is finished and will be in town for the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend, He told us he was going to come by and meet us and also look at the carHe was told we will let him do whatever inspection of the car he deems fitHe can use our tools and lifts to not only inspect the car but also give him and his family peace of mind that all the repairs that were performed were done to dealer specifications and done the right wayThe Car has been finished and completed as of November **, The Technician has determined the problem started from a shorted out Ignition Coil which affected the rest of the electrical system by shorting out several componentsThis was not due to bad workman ship or faulty workUnfortunately this was bad coincidenceIn good faith I am repairing this car at NO Additional ChargeI understand *** ***s Frustrations and want to make sure I can keep her as happy as possibleMy number one goal will and always will be to exceed customer expectationsI would like *** *** to call me at her earliest convenience at *** *** ***She can tell me what more she wants me to do that I haven't already doneI feel I have gone above and beyond for her in this unfortunate circumstance.
