OLOL has double billed me for a DOctor's visit on 2-10- I went for a Doctor's visit on 2-10-and paid my $co-pay However, OLOL has been sending me and emailing me a bill for $since then Apparently they billed me for doctor's visit I contacted that office several times through "mychart" and NEVER got a response back So I played phone tag with the office manager who did indeed say that I should not be billed twice and would work to get it straight However, that has been over a month ago

I have been turned over to a collection agency by the OLOL physician group billing service for a charge that was made almost two years ago and not billed to me until almost months laterThe bill was sent to an old address and not received by meThey never bothered to check my account and call me or Google my correct addressI did not think I was responsible for this account when contacted by a collection agency as I have an explanation of benefits from October saying this was paid in full and figured this bill was an errorI am prepared to pay this bill in full if the business will contact the credit bureaus and request the collection be removed from my record due to their lack of timeliness and billing an incorrect addressThey will not work with me on thisI refuse to pay them if they refuse to help meA supervisor, *** told me they don't have time to contact people by phone or look up correct addresses, they instead turn them over to collectionsI believe thi
