I have paid them once with the total that they said I owed and now they are coming back for more First of all, I never received an original bill from medical institution that said I owed them Then I start getting phone calls for collections I thought it was a scam at first because I always pay my bills Then I finally talked to them and asked them to send me an itemized bill, which they never did, but they did send me a paper copy of my bill The first bill I received said I owed $so I paid it Then they send me another saying I owe $more on the same bill I really feel like I am being scammed but do not want my credit to suffer What can I do?

Unauthorized ACH from our checking accountRefusal to reverse ACH while admitting it is their error I spoke with [redacted] in March and arranged for an ACH to be drafted from our checking account for $on May 2nd We had some unexpected expenses occur and I spoke to [redacted] again on April 27th and explained to her that the ACH needed cancelled and the date changed We did this over the phone and she assured me it was corrected On May 3rd our account was deducted $by them As soon as they opened I contacted my bankMy only options were to have a dispute filed which can take days or a stop payment which takes 2days and costs $I worked at this collection agency and thought I could have them either cut me a check (after I show them proof the ACH cleared my account) or they can reverse the ACH I spoke with [redacted] regarding this and they admitted fault but explained they can't cut a check until it is in their checking account Ok well reversing should not b

This company took over collections for *** in Medical Imaging, ** *** ***, Indianapolis, IN 46206-They have called me at work to try and collect a debt that was actually owed by my medical insurance providerI work for the State of IllinoisThreatened collections, very derogatoryRefuse to refund the money I paid in an effort to get them to stop callingMoney was paid in December 2016, and have not received anything back as of February I have contacted *** and I owe them nothing, so I believe all claims have been taken care of at this time and the money I paid should be refunded

Harassing phone calls, threatening to sue us if they do not receive a payment immediatelyListed as a scam on multiple sites when you search their name or phone numberTold them repeatedly that our insurance said we do not owe anythingThis so called business continues to call being very rude, unprofessional, using harassing language

I PAID OFF A DEBT OVER WEEKS AGO THAT WAS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO MAIL A RECEIPT FOR THE PAYMENT CALLED BACK A WEEK AGO AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RECEIPT WE CALLED TODAY AND THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER ANY GOOD
