On Wednesday, September 18, 2019 I ran out of gas. Allstate dispatch ATR driver *** - *** to tow my vehicle.

Claim Number: XXXXXXXXXX
On 9.20.19, I filed a auto claim with Allstate after being advised by the claims specialist that all I would need to pay is a $250 Deductible and they would take care of the rest. So far, I have spent about $1100 out of pocket and I have not received a dime in reimbursement.
I would like to be fully refunded every dime I spent out of pocket including my deductible because there never would've been a claim had it not been for the tow truck company that was dispatched to me by Allstate. My claim has been assigned to a law office but only to recovery what Allstate paid out, not what I lost. I was recently advised on 3.12.20 that my case has again been reassigned.
