Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/07/27) */ Mr [redacted] purchased his policy online not through my agency and I have never spoken to Mr [redacted] personallyI am glad to address Mr [redacted] 's concerns if he wishesIt is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] had a bad customer service experience I reviewed the Allstate records on contact with Mr [redacted] and it appears that he has had all of his correspondence with 1-800- [redacted] and never spoke to anyone in this officeMy agency made calls to Mr [redacted] , as a courtesy, to warn him that his policy was about to lapseWe never reached Mr [redacted] and he did not return our callsFurthermore, I do not "bill" customers Allstate does the billing from ChicagoI would never try to intimidate or otherwise harass a customer for any reasonI have been in the insurance business for years and have NEVER had a single complaintI can corroborate all of this with physical evidenceI have call records(VOIP - entire history back to 2014), dates and Allstate has a separate system that shows the same factsI am available for Mr [redacted] or the Revdex.com at anytime to answer any questions
