This company is very unprofessional I waited for over an hour last night for service no one ever came finally talked to someone told them it was late to please come at 9am today waited over an hour no reaponse finally got a hold of someone after many calls. Once I told him I was reporting him the guy got nasty said he will respond saying my boyfriend threatened him which I don't have one and was alone every time I talked to someone. Sending me emojis in a text message calling me back to back trying to be nasty on phone finally had to block messages and number this business is horrible and should be shut down!!!!!!! I have screen shots of the text messages but am unable to paste them here would love to share them.

Review: I contacted Allstate Locksmith and paid them to re-key two locks to a home I recently purchased. The work was done on September [redacted] at a rate of $225.00. On Friday I put the key in the backdoor lock and the cylinder fell out. I have tried to call them several times and each time they either hang up or say they are not a locksmith. If you dial the [redacted] number on the website someone from a [redacted] (NY) exchange will call back. I just dialed the website # and was immediately called from a [redacted] number. When I asked if he was Allstate Locksmith he said no he was [redacted]. I told him his website said [redacted] service but the name listed was Allstate. He hung up.Desired Settlement: Since I can't get these people to acknowledge and come out to repair the lock then I should be reimbursed for the portion of the lock that failed.
