This company is very unprofessional I waited for over an hour last night for service no one ever came finally talked to someone told them it was late to please come at 9am today waited over an hour no reaponse finally got a hold of someone after many callsOnce I told him I was reporting him the guy got nasty said he will respond saying my boyfriend threatened him which I don't have one and was alone every time I talked to someoneSending me emojis in a text message calling me back to back trying to be nasty on phone finally had to block messages and number this business is horrible and should be shut down!!!!!!! I have screen shots of the text messages but am unable to paste them here would love to share them

We contacted the owner of the company in April to fix a broken window in our house He gave us an estimate and we said OK, giving him $on May 23, as a deposit for the job., which would have been 50% of the total cost We have contacted him numerous times to try and get the repair completed We finally gave up and said we would like a refund We talked with him on the phone in early October and he said he would mail us a refund - which has not happened

At first this business did what they said they were going to do There service was impeccable and they really helped us find windows that matched the interior of our older home They met deadlines and their installation was very good However, they put in the wrong window in our bathroom They told us they would reorder one and get it installed within the month months later, nothing They won't return our messages either by phone or email The owner said they would give us our money back and/or fix the problem at first Now, nothing Their website is down now as well

Hired this company, Window Innovations nw, on July,, for whole house windows and sliding doorsI give him 5K from my savings, and took out loan for 15KIts now November and zero windows or doors installedHe doesn’t return calls, and when he does its just excuses, and reschedulingI setup different installation dates, he was no shows and no callsAfter canceling the contract due to breach of contract, I have not heard from him, and have not received my monies back
