Allstate of Youngstown

I was traveling on Interstate 80 in my 28' Ford motorhome on my way to visit my mother in Iowa who was gravely ill. The engine developed a problem and would only run at idle, and we were stuck on the side of the road in Youngstown. Fortunately, we were towed by Birrell's Towing Service of Kinsman OH to Allstate Peterbilt of Youngstown. First off, the service manager was the most courteous service manager that I have ever met in all of my 68 years. He told us that they would look at our motohome right away, and as the day shift was ending, he introduced me to the evening service manager, who then led me and my wife to the waiting area. Within an hour, the mechanic came to the waiting area with the faulty throttle mechanism along with a used part and explained exactly what was wrong with the part, comparing the faulty operation to the good part. He told me that they were unable to find a part to repair my motorhome, but that they would take a part out of a brand new truck in their inventory and put it in my motorhome. Less than an hour later, the evening service manager, also very courteous, told us that our motorhome was ready to go and walked us over to the window to take care of our bill. He even placed the faulty part in a box for me to take with me. What could have been a multiple-day delay in our trip turned out to be a rather minor inconvenience thanks to the service department at Allstate. This all happened on a Thursday afternoon, and we arrived in Iowa the next day. My mom passed away the following Tuesday, so we were able to visit with her for several days before. Thank you so much to Allstate for getting us back on the road so quickly. I'm just overwhelmed at how nice everyone was at this place of business.
