I am rejecting this response because: I was not informed there is a service charge for inspections prior to the inspection. The first I learned of this was when I received an invoice.

In regard to complaint [redacted] on 7-20-16. We had been called to [redacted] to inspect the attic for noises and any other indications of rodents/small animals. Mr. [redacted] was informed that there is a service charge for inspections. 1 hour was spent in the attic and around...
the perimeter of the house looking for entry points, the technician discovered that there cat was and has been living in their attic. Allstate does not trap cats as part of their service, this was explained to the customer. Allstate is happy to always provide "Free Estimates" to their customers, but this was clearly an inspection of the attic and there is a charge for inspections of attics and any other parts of the structure. If Mr. [redacted] refuses to pay his bill, it will be turned over to the appropriate collection process.Thank You,[redacted] — President
