unfortunately the customer is failing to explain the entire situationThis customer put in a warranty claim with their warranty company and had to pay them (not us) a service fee before handSometimes when we go out to homes at the warranty companies request and report our findings, the customers don’t always have coverage for that particular item and when they find out from their warranty company, they get angry and take it out on usMy suggestion to this customer is that they review their contract with their warranty companyThey will find that it is not our company that charges the 125$ service fee and they will find that if their warranty company doesn’t authorize the work to be done then there is nothing we (Allstate plumbing co) can do about itIt is sad that so many people get angry and exaggerate the situation and take out their frustration on the vendor who is just the middle man following their warranty companies rulesWe always do our best to take care of the customer short of working for freeSincerely [redacted]
