However I was waiting aroud 1:30 AM with no roadside assistant. I left my car on the road and got call from towing service man around 3am. Review: I changed my life insurance policy and the payment date though the original payment was still withdrawn out of my account. This debit resulted in over $300 of overdrawn fees to my bank account. On 6/*, I requested for no payments for any of the policies to be debited from my account. On the 6/**, another debit was made from my account despite this request. This debit resulted in another $90 in overdraft fees as well as insufficient fees for me to be able to pay my mortgage. I was told that this charge was my error and that I would receive no refund. I was sent an email on Friday from the account representative and when I attempted to email her this morning, her email address no longer exists. I contacted Allstate directly and they refused to provide me with a direct contact person to speak with regarding this error.Desired Settlement: I would like the last payment withdrawn refunded to me as well as all overdraft fees and the late fee for my mortgage.
Review: 10/**/2015 I canceled my Allstate 3 vehicle auto policy, confirming with customer representative [redacted] that my checking account would NOT be auto debited for my policy premium.
10/**/2015 My checking account was debited $1,346.64 by Allstate for a policy premium, the same that had been canceled 2 days prior.
10/**/2015 I spoke with Kara @ Allstate. Per our discussion, I was to receive a credit back into my checking account within 24 hours. No confirmation number available.
11/*/2015 I spoke with Chris @ Allstate. Per the notes on my account, I spoke with Kara, but nothing was done to create a request for refund. He would process my "SPL" request. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to Trey. Per our discussion, my request for credit was being expedited. As the request was going in before 4:00pm, I should see a credit to my checking account today. Ref #[redacted]
11/*/2015 3:24pm I received a voicemail from Natalie at Allstate Customer Resolution Team requesting a call back regarding my policy. I called back at 3:47pm and left a voicemail. It is now 4:23pm, I still don't have my money back, nor have I received a call back from Natalie.Desired Settlement: The funds auto-debited from my account, in total amount of $1,346.64, need to be returned immediately.
