I am extremely happy with my new & beautiful roof. The job was done in a very professional fashion with no problems whatsoever. The workmen all knew their job & worked hard with little chitchat or horseplay. The daily cleanup was exceptional. I will recommend ALLSTATE roofing, for the best job at a reasonable price.

I was in need of a new roof. After doing a lot of research I settled on Allstate Roofing. Am I glad I did. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They helped me select the shingles that looked good and gave me the warranty I was looking for. They also worked around a couple of rain days so I wouldn’t have leak problems. The roof was finished in the timeframe laid out and I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. The price was also very competitive. I would recommend them and also use them in the future.

The owner and his team was doing roofing work on a neighbor's house. I stopped by on half a dozen different occasions, speaking with my neighbor, and was very impressed with the quality of the work. The Supt on the job took time to answer my questions about the work he was doing at this location. Six months later I decided to have a new roof installed. I called Allstate Roofing, the owner, Chad, came out and inspected my roof. He explained in detail my options. three days later he mailed me my estimate as per my request. At that time I called the ofc., asked a few questions, set up a date for installation. The crew showed up on time on the 11th of April and proceeded to tear off the old roof. Every stage of the process proceeded in a timely manner which was originally explained to me. What really impressed me was that at the end of each day, the surrounding area of my house was cleaned up like the workers hadn't visited at all. I asked for some non painted wood to be painted before the installation of the new tiles, and I was accommodated 100%. The roof was completed ahead of schedule; in three days time. The Supt. made sure that all the roof vents were painted to match. I am totally satisfied with the workmanship and the professionalism of the owner, Superintendent, and the crew. I requested that they leave a sign in my front yard with extra business cards since I live in a neighborhood that is 21 years old, with 261 homes. I would heartily recommend Allstate Roofing to any of my neighbors.

Rain measured .85" today. No sign of any roof leaks.

Allstate Roofing just completed our roof and the experience was fantastic! The quote was fair and complete. They always explained exactly what they were going to do. There were no surprises cost increases. They even fixed a cosmetic issue with my skylight. I always felt completely comfortable that Allstate was completing the job correctly and honestly.

ALLSTATE ROOFING DID A MAGNIFICENT JOB ON OUR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY! The bold type face is necessary to draw attention to superior technicians installing quality products. The original contractors roofing efforts proved substandard compared to Allstate's structural artistry! The before and after pictures of this project display a grand chasm of appearance; minor league vs. major league. Some of the features that yielded plaudits from many of our neighbors included; tiles installed in very precise rows and columns, well crafted bird proofing, flashing painted to match the house, and the tidiness of the post-installation clean up.

Jake the supervisor is a jewel; he explained the work as it was being done! They took pictures before and after the work; they leak tested before and after the work was done and cleaned up after the work was completed! Out of all the estimates I received before deciding on Allstate Roofing, Chad was the most professional in his evaluation of the problem and what was needed to repair the problem AND offer a quote that was not over the top!!! A warranty was given for the roof and the work.The entire Allstate group- from the officer personnel, to the laborers doing the repair were friendly, professional and caring. I want to extend my thanks to Allstate Roofing for doing a great job on re-shingling my roof. I had considered a few other roofers with good ratings, but Allstate did a much better job of estimating the exact cost saving me allot of overhead the other roofers were building into their estimates. The Allstate roofing crews showed up on time and did a professional job on both the removal of the old shingles and the installation of the new ones. They even went over my yard with a magnetic device to pull up any old staples that could have been dangerous. The foreman made an extra trip here during the first night to be sure that the felting process held back rain as we did get rain that first night. That shows Allstate is dedicated to providing their customers great service beyond other roofers. Also, the Allstate roofing crew corrected several mistakes created by the prior roofers from decades ago. Now I can feel confident the new roof will hold up to rain and wind going forward for many years to come. Again, thanks to everyone at Allstate Roofing Company for installing excellent new shingles.

During the severe storm of 9/2014, my roof was damaged and required entire replacement. I researched and selected (5) roofing companies that had the highest [redacted] ratings, plus positive, specific customer reviews. Of the five selected, (3) company reps came to my home do an estimate. One of those reps never even went onto the roof. The other company was $2,000 over what my insurance would cover, and that rep seemed in a hurry, and did not educate me about any options, or the process.

[redacted] has decades of experience, took the time to educate me, and clearly is very capable and honest. [redacted] was the operations manager who supervised the crew; he took great care of my property during the three days of replacement, provided the final walk-through, educated me further, and assured all my questions were answered. The communications and professionalism of the Allstate owner and staff throughout were superlative. The cleanup was exemplary, the roof looks beautiful - and the final cost was exactly as estimated, demonstrating that Allstate Roofing is an ethical, exceptional company. Thank you.

We had just recently moved into our home and within 4 months the roof started leaking. The inspector who inspected the home before we bought it said that the roof should be replaced within 5 years but was still a decent roof. Needless to say, he wasn't all that truthful. I had 6 different roofing companies come out to give me a quote on replacing the roof and tile and also a quote for just using our existing tile. Allstate did an awesome job! Their foreman/crew was right on time and explained everything in detail. The job was very messy and they completely cleaned up at the end of each day. They also completed the job ahead of time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I need a combination of tile, flat patio and air conditioner shingle roof. As a home owner and customer, that could be disastrous. I am assuredly happy I chose Allstate.
