Review: I found and add for this company at [redacted] , and made an interview thinking hey its an interview. I was called by a miss plar, then interviewed by a [redacted]. then we went into cost, .. I was fishy at first but since I had no job I said " well I have the money for it. , and we kept going back in fourth. paid in full. and scheduled when I would come in. two weeks go by no one bothered to contact me. so I start contacting them. said come in one day. do the fireguard Saturday and palm scanning Monday to get my sec. license. well I couldn't make it to the fireguard do to personal issues, I went in Monday he went on about how I needed the paperwork from the class to do the palm scanning, but I recently meant a few people in the sec. field and they told me no I don't. Then I was told to come back at that Friday to do everything... I get there Friday.. I was put off. then said text me { this past Monday} labor day so to verify for today Tuesday. and no answer. The company police is no refund since a seat in the class as been reserved for you... HOW EVER if you wish to loose you reservation, this means your entitled to a refund since your withdrawing from the class and have not taken any sort of class. Be aware of these sorts of scams I learned the hard way and scammed for over about a grand didn't know better. now I do. this company is at suit [redacted]. they advertise mostly on [redacted]. However they keep saying they are going to do something and they don't they just keep giving you the work aroun.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund. Review: this security company promised me of a job as a security supervisor, and they told me that I have to take a 8 and 16 hour certification and they made me pay 2600 USD for the certification and uniform and they didnt give me any training or the job, I asked them for refund they told me that the manager will call me and I have been waiting 1 week and no one called and when I call them back they dont answer , they took my money and gave me nothing back, the contract says that the company is responsible to provide me with the certification and they didnt offer me any certification or the job .Desired Settlement: I want my money back 2600 and I got the reciept .....

Review: On 10/**/2013, I was searching on the web to find some security job downtown Manhattan. I found a list of security companies, but Allstate Secure Force was on the listing that says there is a job available for $16-$22.00 an hour. I made the call on that same date, I spoke to a lady on that date then set up an appointment and she told me to go with a $75.00 for background check. I already took my 8 and 16 hour class training for security job with any company in New York I certified for. On 10/**/2013 I showed up to the office on the address above I met the [redacted] named [redacted]. I went with $80.00 to the office with all my security license,8 and 16 hours training certificates. [redacted] told me I needed a fireguard license to add to my credentials. He told me it should cost about $399.00 to get job placement and the fireguard training because he got the ready. I went to the ATM but unfortunately there was not enough money. I called him immediately about the issue I faced. He told me if there is anyway I can try for the rest of the money, so I will start training on Saturday. I called some friends around and borrowed $180.00 from them. Before that, he told me if I can get at least half of the money I should pay then he would let me start classes so I can finish out by the following week to start the job. I left the $80.00 at the office as he advised and he gave me receipt. Two hours later I came up with $180.00 and he gave me a receipt hoping that the money I brought should be enough to start. He told me to call him during the week end if I can now bring the rest of the money. Unfortunately it was hard for me to get the rest of the money since I was living in shelter with my family. I told him all that of my struggles. I tried and get a job since the human resource want me get a job or else I will loose my benefits. Fortunately I found a security job and I went back after a month and half to get my money back since I did not get all the money I should pay. He refused refunding me bkDesired Settlement: The total amount I would have paid to go to his class was $474.00. I paid him $260.00, so there was a balance of $219.00 I should pay before going to his class. After that I found out that the fire guard license only cost$25.00 at the Metro Tech. Apparently he was charging me $474.00.He refused paying me my money. The amount he should refund me should $260.00. I have all of my receipts. Now that I can not get back my money please I'm asking for help to get my money. I need my money back.
