Customer hired us to build garage and remove trees in May. Trees were removed and I went to pull permit as customer advised that he spoke to his lawyer and was advised that he did not need variance. I immediately called customer to let him know...

that a variance was needed and that they only issue variances once a month. Customer stated that he would have his lawyer take care of it. Variance was not applied for until October and was issued the end of November. Customer called and we advised that we were in the middle of 6 jobs and that we would not guarantee his concrete if poured in winter and price to do so would be more and that we would build come spring due to delays from him. This is in litigation right now with my lawyer

We have workered up and beyond to try to help out the family, we hired a suncontractor to do work in basement that made separate deal with homeowners with out noah construction consent. We as a company paid out to the suncontractor who never...

returned to do any work for what was paid for to Mudd and tape walls only and claimed to have a license for plumbing and electric and continued to do work there with out our consent to do the work, we redid all work, broke open concrete and redid all plumbing that was done, we also redid all electrical that was done, removing flooring installed by suncontractors never asked to do, work was completed to the point of winter where a drain by others was to be installed for egress window, we as a company have no problems fixing anything that is wrong we walked through with homeowner several times fixing any repairs asked, adding hardware at no cost and only charged for work done and completed, would be happy to make any corrections that were done incorrectly by Noah construction or any other person hired by Noah Construction, we want only are customers to be satisfied we also went out and dug out all water damage done from existing water line draining into back yard that filled up back yard after a new patio was installed,,we were and still are happy to help in anyway possible to resolve any problems with the basement that is in the contract
