Unfair/contradicting evaluations of roof damage:
The first Allstate adjuster came out to evaluate the roof and stated that the back half of the roof needed replacing ,damaged vents, and rain gutters all due to wind and hail damage. He also stated that only "select" spots of the front portion of the roof needed to be replaced. We did not agree with this evaluation and immediately requested a second adjuster to come evaluate.

After receiving multiple detailed photos and the professional evaluation and written estimate from a hired roofing contractor, Allstate sent out a second adjuster (*** for an evaluation. The second adjuster evaluated the roof and found MORE damage than the previous Allstate adjuster, but ultimately decided not to replace the entire roof as well. My roofing contractor was present during the time of the second Allstate evaluation and his report/evaluation, photos and professional opinion was completely ignored. They have also requested that the roofing contractor take NEW photos of the damage despite the previous
30 or more photos already taken and submitted.They have failed to explain the reasoning on requesting new photos when the damage is still the same; makes no sense.

I have requested a third evaluation of the roof, with both the adjuster (new adjuster) , roofing contractor and myself present and Allstate has denied this request. Their reasoning is due to conflicting stories between the roofing contractor and the second adjuster (Alberts).

I feel that this is unjust due to the fact that I am a loyal customer of Allstate insurance with timely payments EVERY month. I feel that due to the discrepancies between the two Allstate adjusters evaluations, a third evaluation is warranted. In the meantime, I continue to accrue further damage to both inside and outside of my home due to continued water leakage.

Desired Outcome

Replacement I feel that the entire roof needs to be replaced due to the age of the roof, as well as the extensive damage to more than 3/4ths of the roof per their own evaluation.It does not make sense to me that the entirety of the roof shows extensive damage , yet Allstate only wants to repair portions of the roof which is subject to further damage during the next severe weather.

To Whom It May Concern:
This will acknowledge receipt of your inquiry dated February 18, 2020 and received by the Allstate Claim Department on March 7, 2020. We apologize for the unavoidable delayed response on our part.
After Mr. provided Allstate with the requested documentation, a third inspection of the insured's home was completed on February 21, 2020. In response to Mr. complaint to the Revdex.com, claim manager *** Swing contacted the insured on March 10, 2020 to discuss the claim.
