I contacted Allstate to file a claim, the representative refused to send an adjuster out to access the issue. *** advised that my issue had been existing for years and no one was coming out to investigate my problem.
To whom it may concern,
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the above referenced claim. I have reviewed the complaint and the file.
The main issue is that Ms. Wallace reported the exact claim to Allstate on 6/27/2019. That claim was inspected by Allstate adjuster *** on July 5, 2019. *** identified the broken sewer line at the front of the basement and noted a repair of a supply pipe in the ceiling. He photo documented the damages. That claim number is ***.
I have enclosed the June 2019 denial letter as well as the letter recently authored by ***. Note that *** has requested copies of plumbing repair bills. We will review these bills for potential coverage. We will not consider sending another adjuster out until coverage can be confirmed.
