Our customer service experience during this process was on the low end and left a lot to be desired in regards to deadlines being met, quality of materials being correct, and the inconvenience of our home being left in disarray due to the timeliness of what was promised and what was actually delivered Prior travel commitment on our part was disclosed and we were assured that work/project would be completed by 11/4/15, however continuous delays/issues with contractor schedules, materials, and deliveries caused the completion date to shift to 12/4/ Also, was not happy with quality of workmanship in installation of windows both on the interior and exterior If it had not been for my husband's tenacious attention to detail and staying on top of the work being done, as well as being able to correct some of the issues himself, we would have definitely had a problem paying the agreed upon amount of money for this project versus the quality of workmanship! Would not do business with them again or refer to friends or associatesHowever, to date, all issues have been resolved

AWS Installed our windows this past April. They did a excellent job.
They completed the job in two days, for 16 windows. The installers were professional at all times, cleaned up each day prior to leaving..
We canvased a few other companies, and found that AWS fell somewhat in the middle of the price ranges that we were given.
Once the windows were in, the difference was very noticeable. We live on a very loud street due to young children, I finally didn't hear the noise that kept me awake previously. Peace and quiet.
