To Whom it May Concern: [redacted] paid his policy in full on May, 19th After the policy was paid in full [redacted] added his step son, [redacted] and a Buick Rendezvous onto the policyThis resulted in a premium increaseOn August 18th, [redacted] removed both [redacted] and the Buick from his policyHowever, he still owed an amount for the months of coverage for the additional driver and vehicleThere was a bill sent out for [redacted] on 06/20/2018, 07/20/2017, 08/21/2017, 09/20/2017, 11/13/2017, and 12/13/When there was no payment received the amount was forwarded to collections on 12/ The policy was terminated as of October 1, There is a prorated balance from when his son and Buick were on the policyThe prorated amount due on the policy is $We do not have a bill equaling the amount of $ Please let us know if there is additional information neededI do have a copy of every bill sent out if needed

To Whom it May Concern:   [redacted] paid his policy in full on May, 19th 2017. After the policy was paid in full [redacted] added his step son, [redacted] and a 2006 Buick Rendezvous onto the policy. This resulted in a premium increase. On August 18th,  2017 [redacted] removed both [redacted]...

and the Buick from his policy. However, he still owed an amount for the 3 months of coverage for the additional driver and vehicle. There was a bill sent out for [redacted] on 06/20/2018, 07/20/2017, 08/21/2017, 09/20/2017, 11/13/2017, and 12/13/2017. When there was no payment received the amount was forwarded to collections on 12/28.2017.   The policy was terminated as of October 1, 2017. There is a prorated balance from when his son and Buick were on the policy. The prorated amount due on the policy is $65.18. We do not have a bill equaling the amount of $36.   Please let us know if there is additional information needed. I do have a copy of every bill sent out if needed.
