At this time, I have been contacted directly by All State BAnner regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">I received an email from *** *** of AllStatebanners.com on September ***He said I would receive a refund of $plus shipping . He said it should show up in my bank account within to days. Today is October *** and it has not shown up in my bank account. I have tried contacting him five times as of today without a reply or answer.

Review: We ordered two banners. They were tightly squeezed together in a [redacted] package. We received it Thursday September [redacted]. I have four other witnesses that will state the damage to one of the banners. I took pictures and emailed them on Monday September [redacted] when I had to chance to upload and compose the email. By Wednesday September ** I had not heard anything. I followed up with a 2nd email. I finally received an email later that day with the following response from All State - Good Afternoon,Our [redacted] has reviewed your pictures and your inquiry. From what I understand from your email you have already used this banner for your event. You have had this banner for one week and have used it, so there is no way for us to see if the scratches were from our packaging or your event. In regards to the picture of the hole please send us a picture of the back of the banner as well. We take pride in our work and triple check our banners before they are shipped, if there were any issues, we would not have sent it out to you. In addition if you would have advised us of the damages as soon as you recieved the banner we would have overnighted another one to you.I await the additional picture of the hole in the banner.thank you!My reply back to them;The package was received on Thursday September [redacted], it was opened at the office. In addition to myself there was four others that stood around when the banner was unrolled. One side looked great but when we turned it around the other side, we were horrified. Friday, the VERY next day was our event. WE did not use it all. What we used was the green banner for our AYSO game. The purple was not used at all. Shame on you for telling us you "take pride" in your work. Shame on you for telling me we had this banner for one week. Today is September [redacted], you shipped it out from your facility on September [redacted] I emailed you on Monday 9/* with pictures. Get your dates rightWe have 3,000+ players for AYSO [redacted]. We have over 2,000 with [redacted]. Your services WILL NEVER be used here again. You sit there and say you are not sure if it happened from our event or your packaging. It was 100% from your packaging. 100%!! There will be five of us writing a letter to the Revdex.com. I had to send you another email today before you responded. You close your email by a "thank you!" no name, no name of a manager, no phone #, no let's resolve this let us and give you some kind of credit back. What type of business are you running. I want a phone # and manager's name when we conference you on a phone call.THANK YOU!Desired Settlement: I want them to fix this issue and provide us with a clean, error free banner. Either replace or refund us the cost
