Allstates Restoration was the best! They went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone from the owners to the employees were professional, courteous and extremely willing to help wherever necessary. I had a disaster in my basement and now it's completely taken care of thanks to them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.
I can not say enough GREAT things about this company! First of all the were running 15 minutes late and the home office actually took the time to call me and let me know. Who ever does that?!?! Secondly the technician, Matt, was pleasant and informative. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The floors and carpets came out looking like if they were BRAND NEW!! I kid you not!!! I have my carpets and floors done on a yearly basis and have never been overly impressed. This year I decided to try a different company. I am soooooo glad I did! Thank you for a great Job!!!
