Nothing was completed on timeEverything that was installed was installed incorrectly, has broken, was damaged by his crew, or is improperly functioningThe customer service requests go unanswered for weeks at a time, if and when the phone is answeredTom does not have an in house crew - he sub-contracts everything out to the lowest priced sub-contractors who honestly don't care how the job comes out - as Tom has the next pool customer stacked like firewood ready for them down the street
I cannot stress enough - that if you want a pool - want a pool cleaned - want anything related to a pool - do not under any circumstances give Tom C*** of Holiday Pools and Spa a dollar of your moneyYou're better off getting a Walmart pool - as you will enjoy it more for having never dealt with this horrible company
