Dear [redacted] , As I stated in my initial response, AllStore Center Self Storage is a storage facility established exclusively for the purpose of storing personal and business storage Although [redacted] states several times in his responses that the purpose of his rental was for the “repairing and building wooden pallets” and that we allowed him to conduct such activities, that claim is false [redacted] was given an eviction notice because he violated the terms of the Rental Agreement, specifically paragraph 12(c) which states, “Tenant acknowledges that the space may be used for storage only, and is not to be used for the conduct of business.” If [redacted] claims that he stated that he would be using the space for the conduct of business, then he clearly misled AllStore Center by stating in paragraph 12(m) that he would be storing “supplies”(See attached Rental Agreement) [redacted] was given a seven (7) day eviction notice on August 5, and on August 12, [redacted] vacated the storage space and the storage facility On August 22, [redacted] was issued a refund for the remaining days (August to August 31) that he did not occupy the storage space, in the amount of $ [redacted] cashed the check on August 26, (See attached Cancelled Check) This is my final response and consider the matter closed Thank you,

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As stated in the original complaint, I made it perfectly clear to [redacted] the sales associate for ALLSTORE CENTER that we were a business that repaired and manufactured wooden pallets, and this is what we would be using the 10xunit for that purpose She said that would be ok but would ask her manager [redacted] just to make sure I called back days later and she said it was ok, to use their facility, but would need a copy of our business license If they were not aware of this then why did they want a copy of our business license It clearly states on the license that it as a pallet repair and manufacture business I delivered a copy of this license in person to both [redacted] and [redacted] I don't know how you can twist the truth, and try to cover up their mistakes with lies As for their response that I was asked to vacate another place for the same reasons, please, show me this in writing from where ever this took place My son [redacted] NEVER said anything what so ever to anyone about my being evicted from another storage facility I have N-E-V-E-R rented any space from A-N-Y-O-N-E This is just another attempt to cover up their blunder and complete failure to run a legitimate business in a business like manor Not only did they fail to fulfill their obligation in the rental agreement, since I first complaint to the B.B.B, [redacted] and [redacted] have prevented me and my son from removing our equipment from their premises, unless it was at their own convenience I paid for access to the property from 6am to 9pm, days a week We were only allowed on the property at their convenience during business hours from 9am to 6pmwhen they were open for business This was clearly an attempt to delay us, and prevent us from removing our equipment by their imposed deadline We lost hours everyday, for 7days, for a total of hours that I paid money for Maybe they can explain why I shouldn't be compensated for the lost hours that I paid for This ALLSTORE CENTER is corrupt, and should be given the lowest rating possible, and if possible complete removal from any listing with legitimate business I look forward to more lies and statements Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The LIES continue, the response from AllStore is a complete lie As I stated in the initial complaint, we stated up front with them, we were a pallet repair and manufacturing business, and would be using their facility for that purpose They wanted a copy of our business license which we provided, and it CLEARLY stated on the license that we are just what we said we would be doing If we were going to be using their facility as storage, then WHY DID THEY WANT A COPY OF OUR BUSINESS LICENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! [redacted] just can't be trusted to tell the truth, so he makes up lies to cover up their mistakes The people in the office just flat do not know what they are doing They should have known that they can't use their facility for anything else other than storage, but they didn't, and it is because the mn that owns the place puts people in charge that should be flipping hamburgers, instead of renting spaces It's amazing to me that the jerk who owns this place is able to keep a Revdex.com rating of anything other that F- If this guy was standing in front of me, I would call him a LIAR to his face, because that is just what he is They did refund the money owed to me, which they had to do by law They restricted our use of the facility to hours they wanted and NOT what was in the contract He knows that and please let this fool show me where it says they could do that If the Revdex.com continues to give this place a rating other than FAILURE, I will consistently tell every person that I do business with, to never pay any attention to the Revdex.com and their worthless ability to place a true rating on a business where it will have some meaning and value I am telling every person that I do business with, to NEVER DO BUSINESS with AllStore YOU W I L L R E G R E T I T ! ! ! ! To [redacted] for Unit No***, We are sorry for your misunderstanding but a self-storage facility is for personal or business storage ONLY, it is NOT a place where you can conduct an ongoing business operation such as the production of wood pallets This is regulated by every municipality and is outlined in your rental agreement, line 12c Although you claim ignorance and accuse AllStore Center of fraudulent practices, you are actually fully aware of your violations of the rental agreement because according to your son James, you were evicted from a previous self storage facility for similar reasons As to your rental payment, the sooner you vacate the sooner will you receive your rent refund for the days you did not occupy the space Thank you The Management at AllStore CenterTell us why here

As stated in the original complaint, I made it perfectly clear to [redacted] the sales associate for ALLSTORE CENTER that we were a business that repaired and manufactured wooden pallets, and this is what we would be using the 10x20 unit for that purpose.  She said that would be ok but would ask her manager [redacted] just to make sure. 
I called back 2 days later and she said it was ok, to use their facility, but would need a copy of our business license.  If they were not aware of this then why did they want a copy of our business license.  It clearly states on the license that it as a pallet repair and manufacture business.  I delivered a copy of this license in person to both [redacted] and [redacted].  I don't know how you can twist the truth, and try to cover up their mistakes with lies. 
As for their response that I was asked to vacate another place for the same reasons, please, show me this in writing from where ever this took place.  My son [redacted] NEVER said anything what so ever to anyone about my being evicted from another storage facility.  I have N-E-V-E-R rented any space from A-N-Y-O-N-E.  This is just another attempt to cover up their blunder and complete failure to run a legitimate business in a business like manor.  Not only did they fail to fulfill their obligation in the rental agreement, since I first complaint to the B.B.B, [redacted] and [redacted] have prevented me and my son from removing our equipment from their premises, unless it was at their own convenience.  I paid for access to the property from 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week.  We were only allowed on the property at their convenience during business hours from 9am to 6pm. when they were open for business.  This was clearly an attempt to delay us, and prevent us from removing our equipment by their imposed deadline.  We lost 6 hours everyday, for 7days, for a total of 42 hours that I paid money for.  Maybe they can explain why I shouldn't be compensated for the lost hours that I paid for.  This ALLSTORE CENTER is corrupt, and should be given the lowest rating possible, and if possible complete removal from any listing with legitimate business.  I look forward to more lies and false statements.
