On October 14, 2018 I pulled up to the DEF fuel pump at Allsups on 1500 North Garden, Roswell, New Mexico. In the process of fueling, I noticed fuel pouring from the bottom of the fuel pump. At that time I released the nozzle trigger and fuel kept pouring out. After pouring 22.2316 gallons of fuel on the ground and charging my credit card $66.67 it quit. The pump did have a an "out of Order" warning in a place where it could not easily been seen. I have called Allsups Corporate office three times asking for a refund and they keep telling me they will look into it.

Allsup's is refunding you the amount of $66.67 for the DEF.

I do realize this took longer than you should had. I apologize for that.
