Every other allssup's location here in Abilene Texas They're steal reserves are 2 for $4 except the one on grape and when one of the customers try to address it the workers at this store get real rude and curse the customers out,which is unacceptable they have over charged me for a lot of things I have bought in the store and that is wrong someone needs to fix the situation and the employees that are working there also they don't give any customers receipts for anything so, if I wanted to address them over charging me I wouldn't be able to provide it cause they do not give a receipt. Please fix this because this is wrong what is going on at this store.
Other (requires explanation) I would like to get back what they have been over charging me and for them to get better respectful employees.
Called 3/24/20 and spoke with Manager (***). She responded as follows: "We do offer receipts. We ask the customer if they need a receipt. My register makes "carbon copies." If the customer has a credit card receipt, she can contact the home office regarding the refund. Their number, which is posted on our door, is 575/769-2311. And, rudeness is unprofessional. We all wear nametags; so, I ask that she let me know when an employee acts that way."
