5pt;">On 12/22/2016 our company received a letter from The Revdex.com regarding a complaint from the above named customer.
Upon receipt of the letter I contacted him immediately and explained that for any reason if he has any issues with our service to please contact us so that the matter may be resolved.
We had a nice conversation and he was refunded 102.50. The disputed amount and trip fee. I sent the check the same day. He promised me that he would contact the Revdex.com to let them know the matter has been taken care of
I also left a message in the General Mailbox of the Revdex.com with the ID number and that the matter had been taken care of No one responded to my message.
I received a letter today dated January 02, 2017 and that is why I am typing this letter and faxing it to you. If you have any further questions or need anything else, please let me know.
