On our visit to the customer site of camera installation for a survey and free estimateWe went over the entire process of what the job will consist of and how it will be doneWe suggested to use piping to conceal the wiring and she insisted that she does not want the extra cost for them and she
does not need pipingWe agreed on a price of $dollars without pipingNote that is she would take the piping the installation would cost her $morebut she opted out of itWe came on the date and time agreed on and began the installationAfter we were 90% done with the jobShe requested that we put pipingWe installed the cameras and piping to her satisfactionWe did a full walk thru after the job was complete and the customer was happy with the jobFor some reason the customer thought the additional labor and cost for the piping was on us and not herShe refused to pay for itShe also requested that we had more piping in areas not discussedI told her that is not how it works and we cannot do thatWe agreed on the final price which was $Just to make her happy.She paid in full and she was satisfiedShe mentioned in her complaint that the cameras need to be focusedThey were all focused and working otherwise she would not make a full payment for a completed jobI am not sure what else we can do for her to satisfy her

I was never told about additional costs of pipingWhen Jerry arrived I asked for a written estimate and he said he will explain the job to me Jerry never told me about additional costs for pipingAfter the work was done then Jerry said they wanted $more than the agreed price of $ I said no if you wanted more money you should have told me before you started the work not when you are done The one camera never came on Jerry said it will take some time for this camera to focus and he can fix it remotely and he can adjust the focus remotely After he cashed my check for $which is $more than the agreed pricehe never came back to fix the problems and when I asked him for a receipt on the day of the job, June **, 2016, he left without giving me the receipt He took my check and went to his truck and never came back with the receipt Jerry said he needed the check to write the receipt Then I called him end said he would give me the receipt when he returned on Saturday June **, to finished the molding and check the one camera, that did not come on because it cannot be fixed remotely I trusted Jerry as a small business owner and paid him but once my check was cashed he never came back to complete the work and because I am old he is trying to extort money from meOnce Jerry cashed my check he never came back and stop answering the phone when I call

Our estimate for the camera installation was to only wire and install cameras. These Cameras happen to have had Built in audio in the cameras. To us it would not make any difference where the audio ones would be installed. The customer did not know they even had audio until after the installation was complete. As we stated before we believe that we have accommodated [redacted] as much as we could have. We are already at a negative with this job and now she is requesting her money back. For what? all cameras are installed and wired and she can view them remotely.

Like I said before I do believe that this company is not capable of doing the work I paid for as Jerry clearly states he did not know that the cameras had audio and as such they didn't know what to do with this job.  So again I want my money back so I can get someone capable of the doing work properly.  By his own admission he didn't know about these cameras.  So at this time a full refund is inevitable.
