While servicing dishwasher, the tech scratched the stainless steel front panel
My wife is very house proud and keeps our kitchen immaculateEverything is polished and very well taken care of, we keep our appliances for years because of the care my wife takes of them, they are all in very good condition We have a home warranty with Choice which sent Alltech Solutions to fix our dishwasher on Dec The tech, *** dismantled the dishwasher placing the front stainless steel panel onto the floor with no protection between the unit and the hard tile which also had tools laid underneath *** determined the problem, ordered the part and put everything back togetherMy wife pointed out fresh scratches immediately the front cover and the tech stated that he did not damage the panelMy wife provided a statement on Alltech's invoice that fresh scratched were made on the front panelI spoke with their customer service rep, Renat, on Dec and he stated that the issue w

Failed to install proper duct work in main area and connect duct work to additional room
in March ordered new AC units on rental property installed with no problems 7th needed additional duct work but after repeatedly asking about getting this done, they failed to install In June(around 5th) owner got additional quote that he approved for the duct work - $1,
July 7, still NOT DONE
Now one of their techs comes out and informs tenant that duct work is corroded and that he needs to rip off roof to repair WELL GUESS WHAT - the failure on part of the origianl techinicians when installing the unit to find - even after ASKING REPEATEDLY, then getting QUOTE for additional work which I agreed to in 1st place back in March FIX IT AT QUOTE YOU AGREED TO OR WE SHALL SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL for COSTS and sue ALLTECH

These guys saved me from having to buy a new a/c..4th company to come quote us and they end up fixing it instead...saved about $5,by calling AlltechHighly recommend giving them a call
