Failed to install proper duct work in main area and connect duct work to additional room. in March 2018 ordered 7 new AC units on rental property. 6 installed with no problems. 7th needed additional duct work but after repeatedly asking about getting this done, they failed to install. In June(around 5th) owner got additional quote that he approved for the duct work - $1,500 July 7, still NOT DONE. Now one of their techs comes out and informs tenant that duct work is corroded and that he needs to rip off roof to repair. WELL GUESS WHAT - the failure on part of the origianl techinicians when installing the unit to find - even after ASKING REPEATEDLY, then getting QUOTE for additional work which I agreed to in 1st place back in March. FIX IT AT QUOTE YOU AGREED TO OR WE SHALL SEEK LEGAL COUNSEL for COSTS and sue ALLTECH.
These guys saved me from having to buy a new a/c..4th company to come quote us and they end up fixing it instead...saved about $5,by calling AlltechHighly recommend giving them a call
