ALLTEK [redacted] [redacted] ***OWNER ALLTEK SERVICES [redacted] ***BELTON,TX 76513Dear [redacted] ,In response to a consumer complaint for ID [redacted] The consumer called in a service order for her oven to be repairedOur company sent a tech out to the consumer’s residence on 6/20/The consumer’s oven was diagnosed with needing a part to repair itThe next day the part was put on orderdays later our company was contacted by the shipper that notified us that the part was put on backorderWhen the consumer called in to our office to get a status about this service order she was informed that the part was ordered but had been put on backorderThe consumer called again days later to get a status on the order and our company advised her we had not received the part due to it still being on backorderIn response to the consumer’s complaint as to calling the insurance (Home Warranty) company and she was advised by them that we had not called in the service order, Our company has a dollar amount limit through the warranty company as to which we do not have to have the service order authorized through the warranty company as long as it is within the dollar amountThe consumer’s service order did not exceed that dollar amount therefore it did not have to be called in to authorization prior to repairIn response to the $dollars that consumer paid our company is issued through the warranty company for the consumer to pay for our company’s service call and diagnostic fee, in which we did go to the residence and diagnosed the problemWe received the consumer’s part in to fix the oven and the consumer did not want the repairWe reached out to her and explained we received the part and asked if she would like us to come repair the oven and got no response from the consumerThe part is still sitting in our shop but will be returned due to consumer not wanting the repair.Sincerely, [redacted] ***, Alltek Services

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We were not told it was put on back order we were constantly told that it just wasn't there yet. Yes they told me they had the part there but that was after I already notified the bbb and filed a complaint on their Facebook page. I did not answer then they said they now had t and would come out to fix it because we already had a new tech coming Regards, [redacted]

consumer’s residence on 6/20/17. The consumer’s oven was diagnosed with needing a part to repair it. The next day the part was put on order. 4 days later our company was contacted by the shipper that notified us that the part was put on backorder. When the consumer called in to our office to get a status about this service order she was informed that the part was ordered but had been put on backorder. The consumer called again 2 days later to get a status on the order and our company advised her we had not received the part due to it still being on backorder. In response to the consumer’s complaint as to calling the insurance (Home Warranty) company and she was advised by them that we had not called in the service order, Our company has a dollar amount limit through the warranty company as to which we do not have to have the service order authorized through the warranty company as long as it is within the dollar amount. The consumer’s service order did not exceed that dollar amount therefore it did not have to be called in to authorization prior to repair. In response to the $100 dollars that consumer paid our company is issued through the warranty company for the consumer to pay for our company’s service call and diagnostic fee, in which we did go to the residence and diagnosed the problem. We received the consumer’s part in to fix the oven and the consumer did not want the repair. We reached out to her and explained we received the part and asked if she would like us to come repair the oven and got no response from the consumer.
